AMWAJ Launches Campaign to Support Blue Filter: Clean Water for Gaza
AMWAJ has launched a fundraising campaign to raise $5,000 in support of Blue Filter, a Gaza-based company focused on developing innovative water purification technology using natural, plant-based materials to provide clean drinking water.
Despite the destruction of their infrastructure during the war in Gaza, founder Salah El Sadi and his team are determined to rebuild.
Your donation will help restore Blue Filterās infrastructure and provide clean water to people in Gaza.
Solar Energy in Jordanian Schools: Achievements and Challenges
Across Jordan, solar panels are now a familiar sight on public school rooftops. As of 2024, some 680 schools, 17% of the total number, have adopted solar energy to cut costs and boost sustainability. The initiative began in 2015 with a focus on heating systems in colder areas, later expanding through international support including the EU and the SEED program.
